Terms and Conditions

These terms provide information about orders, payments, order changes and cancellations, privacy requests, and applicable jurisdiction for purchases from FurlyJoy.

Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you provide the information needed to process and fulfill that order.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after the order is submitted. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

A cancellation request is effective only after customer service confirms that the cancellation has been successfully completed. When a cancellation is successfully completed, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider.

Order or Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your order information or shipping address, contact support@FurlyJoy.com as soon as possible within 24 hours after the order is submitted.

After 24 hours, changes to products, order details, or shipping addresses are not accepted.

Applicable Jurisdiction

The applicable jurisdiction for these terms is Japan.
