Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to U.S. delivery addresses that can be selected at checkout and for which shipping rates can be calculated successfully. If no shipping option is available for an address at checkout, that address is not currently supported.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 Business Days. Business Days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing time begins after your order is confirmed and ends when the package is handed to the carrier.

Transit Time

After dispatch, standard transit time is approximately 10–30 Business Days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 11–33 Business Days, including order processing and transit time.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping within the United States: US$9.90
• Free standard shipping on orders of US$69.90 or more
• Orders below US$69.90 are charged US$9.90 for standard shipping

The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final shipping charge.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number. You can track your package on the Track Order page.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times apply under normal conditions. Extreme weather, carrier congestion, address issues, or circumstances beyond control may cause delays. If your order is significantly past the estimated delivery time, please contact support@furlyjoy.com for assistance.
